A student may withdraw from the PTP at any time by submitting a withdrawal request in writing to the PTP office in Room 517 of the UCLA Extension Building. Upon withdrawing, a student may receive a tuition refund as described below:
To receive a full tuition refund, a student must submit the written request to withdraw by 5 pm on the last business day before the first day of class.
To receive a partial tuition refund, a student must submit the written request to withdraw by 5 pm on the 30th day after the first day of the class. Students entitled to a partial tuition refund will have their tuition refunded minus a $2000 charge to cover costs incurred by the program as a result of the student’s enrollment.
No tuition refund will be given if a student requests to withdraw following the 30th day after the first day of class.
