Real Estate Certificate
Begin or advance your career in real estate by earning UCLA Extension’s Real Estate Certificate. This 9-course program arms you with the information and skills needed for each of the major career segments. Students may obtain the comprehensive certificate (no concentration) or a focused certificate with a concentration in a key industry segment: (1) Development (2) Investments (3) Leasing and Brokerage or (4) Property Management. Students must take the 4 core courses plus the fundamental courses, and 1 ethics course.
Requirements:
The prerequisite course, Real Estate Principles, may be waived based on professional experience or completion of an equivalent similar course at another institution.
